...to the moon and back
I have been wanting to make a sign for baby boy's room. "I love you to the moon and back" has always been one of my favorites and it just so happens to go with his nursery theme so well. I started out with 8 paint stirring sticks and had Justin cut the ends off of them. I also had scrap wood left over from a past project. I have a million stamps and left over paint as well...so this project was free! I love free :) I think it turned out well. I was going to put a frame on the right side of it or possibly a clip to hang pictures from but I decided I liked the simplicity of it.

Welcome Fall!
We absolutely LOVE fall around this house...
I am not necessarily the biggest fan when it comes to the Halloween decorations. Don't get me wrong, I love them in other people's homes, but I like to decorate ours in more of a "fall" spirit that will last September through November. I have been wanting to put this sweet boy in a pumpkin for a while now. I am surprised he actually fit in it - we had to cross his legs and then set him in it. He was a little uneasy at first but then thought it was hilarious. To see more of the pictures go to my family blog - http://aubryandjustin.blogspot.com/2011/10/my-little-pumpkin.html

I pretty much bought this big pumpkin just to put baby boy in it...but didn't want to see it go to waste so quickly. I had a cute yellow bowl that fit like a dream in the pumpkin. Just added some apples and I had a cute table centerpiece..
More pumpkin adventures coming soon :) Happy fall decorating!

Earring Holder
I still had a bunch of burlap left over from when I made the Believe in Love sign so I decided to make an Earring Holder. I have a million and one hanging earrings so this was perfect! There was a white frame I had sitting in my pile of frames not being used so I snatched that. The only thing I had to purchase was the fabric. It's from Hobby Lobby and cost me $2.90 for 2 yards. Awesome. I love cheap projects! It was the easiest thing ever to put together...the pictures are kind of self-explanatory so have fun looking!
