Okay. MAKE THESE. Make them today. They are so very easy and so very addicting! Thank you Rachael Ray for providing cravers of chocolate and peanut butter such a fantastic recipe. 'Ere go!
INGREDIENTS
3 T. butter
1 - 10 oz bag of marshmallows
1/2 c. peanut butter + 1 1/2 T., divided
6 C. Rice Krispie cereal
1 1/2 C. chocolate chips (I used about 8 small blocks of chocolate almond bark and the texture and taste turned out incredible)
1 1/2 T. peanut butter
DIRECTIONS (straight from the Racheal Ray website)
Lightly grease a 9-inch by 13-inch pan and set aside.
In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and stir constantly until melted. Remove from heat, add the peanut butter and stir well. Add the cereal and stir until well combined. Carefully press into the pan with wax paper or buttered fingers.
Mix together the chocolate chips and 1 1/2 T. peanut butter and melt in the microwave (intervals of 30 seconds with stirring). Spread the chocolate evenly over the rice krispie's. Let sit until chocolate is set. Cut and serve.
